This is the whole agreement, written to be read. Buying Heirloom means you agree to it.
One purchase, one person, forever. Your key is yours permanently — it never expires, it works with every future update of Heirloom, and it isn't tied to a machine. Install it on any computer you personally use: studio, laptop, the one at your parents' house. We don't count.
There's no phone-home, no activation server, no machine limit. We built it that way on purpose, because it makes the instrument better to own. In return: don't share your key, and don't post it anywhere. It has your email inside it.
Anything. Music you make with Heirloom is yours — commercial releases, film scores, beats you sell, all of it. No credit required (though we love hearing it out in the world).
Don't resell, repackage, or redistribute the samples themselves — no sample packs, no loop libraries, no feeding the raw library to other instruments or datasets. The one exception to "anything": your music, yes; our recordings as a product, no.
If Heirloom isn't for you, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund it. We won't ask you to prove anything. (Keys are permanent and can't be revoked — refunding relies on the same honor system as everything else here. Be decent.)
Heirloom is sold as it is. The Relic effect is destructive by design — it permanently changes the loaded sounds and does not have an undo. That's the point. Save your project first; the plugin warns you every time.
We test carefully, but software is software: Heirloom is provided without warranty of any kind, and Keepsake isn't liable for damages beyond what you paid for it. If some of this document turns out to be unenforceable where you live, the rest of it still stands.
